Technological innovation is the key to core competitiveness. China Digital has built a robust R&D and operations team dedicated to information technology, with nearly 2,000 software developers. It serves as the chair unit of the “Changfeng Alliance Internet Information Services Promotion Working Group” under the Ministry of Science and Technology and has genuinely pioneered a SaaS service system with Chinese characteristics, using SPS as its core to establish standards and norms tailored to China’s IT service operations. In terms of ICT infrastructure, China Digital has set up specialized data centers in Beijing, Guangzhou, Suzhou, and other locations, achieving interconnection between north- and south-based telecom networks and creating a highly secure and reliable network environment. The company operates over 3,000 pieces of equipment. By establishing joint laboratories with companies such as NetApp and HP, it has realized computing pooling and storage pooling. In the e-commerce sector, China Digital has pioneered the development of on-demand and personalized e-commerce platforms. To date, it has applied for more than ten technology patents and has become a pilot enterprise for the Beijing Patent Engine.

Our group believes that in the information age of economic globalization, informatization has become an essential path for small and medium-sized enterprises to enhance their competitiveness, and e-commerce will serve as the key pathway for businesses to achieve informatization.
